Since 2002 until now Lena’s focus is on the development of new psychological typology methodology - [psy-to-nomics], that she has used in her work, in both corporate agenda and in private practice. Her private practice has global reach, working with individuals and companies in Mexico, Mongolia, Norway, Austria, France, UK, Russia, Switzerland and the US to name a few. Her customers range in their goals and objectives as well as their age.
In 2014 she became a managing partner at Meaning Formation Laboratory a company that focuses on the development of new communication instruments, corporate educational programs with focus on intra and inter personal relationships.
In 2018 she founded a Relationships Research Institute, an organization that focuses on instruments, products and methodologies related to science of psychology and psychotherapy, psycholinguistics, psychogenetics. The main objective is to provide therapists, teachers, parents, and their children with viable instruments for diagnoses and further implementation into their everyday life.
In 2019 she became an Academic Consultant to the English PhD program at Sigmund Freud University (Vienna)
Education: Currently a PhD candidate in Psychotherapy with Sigmund Freud University in Vienna. Lena graduated Fordham University (NY, USA) with a degree in Psychology and a London School of Life Coaching. She is certified to administer and interpret over 15 psychological/psychometric tests. Additionally, Lena has received her MBA from Carey School of Business, Johns Hopkins University (USA)

Kristina has 20 years of experience in communication and human resource development, as well as in private practice.

Early on in her career, Kristina worked for 3 years, side by side with Prof. Gipenreiter, implementing best practices into her scientific research and private practice.
Later in her career Kristina worked as an HR Director with “Russian Product”, acted as a Partner at “Three Worlds” a company focused on organizational consulting and strategic development as well as educational program development for employees; had a VP role at Derzhava Bank, where she worked on the implementation of Private Banking for VIP clients. In 2006 she founded Meaning Formation Laboratory and to this day her focus is on the development of new communication instruments, corporate educational programs with focus on intra and inter personal relationships.

Education: Kristina has graduated from MGU (Moscow State University) with a Degree in Psychology and has completed her Doctoral studies there. Kristina has graduated with an MBA degree from the State Academy of Agriculture.

Natalia has been a practicing Psychotherapist since 2005, she works in private and family practice as well as conducts group therapy sessions. She is an active Professor of Geshtalt and takes on students for supervision.
Previously she has conducted professional trainings and seminars for private groups and large corporate clients .
